Free Shopify Shipping Issue! USE CODE FLATSHIP for FREE FLAT NO TRACK SHIPPING for Prints & Stickers if it doesn't work DM or email me to make a custom order. If you wanted to include non flat items in your order or are international the no track shipping option cannot be used. 

Upon Reopening I initially had the free no track flat shipping option be a normal shipping option for those with only flat items. But there seems to be a issue of it being the only option for customers when checking out with items that are not flat ie. pins, apparel, and charms. This led to people checking out with the no flat shipping when their order did not qualify so the option was removed and changed to a discount shipping code. It was working on my end when I was testing so I'm not too sure what could be the issue but the could does not seem to work for every customer even though it should be able to be added under multiple discounts. It might due to the automatic BlackFriday code currently in cart that's interfering with the code but not sure cause a couple of cases it was working others it wasn't working.

OPTIONS FOR FLAT NO TRACK SHIPPING

-Coupon Codes should still make the default print item free if you guys don't mind having the shipping refunded then you can place the order and I can refund the shipping afterwords.

- I can also make a custom order I would need your email & possibly address to make the draft order please DM/Email me so we can have your order created for you.  

-Custom orders can also be used if wanted your coupon to be credit off an item instead so please also contact me for any changes.  

Apologies for the technical issues having the coupons was to make sure that I would have them organized online as I fulfill them but they a lot more finnicky upon real customer use then my initial testing.  

Last Print Design Complete! Prepping Prints & Shop

Thanks so much for all the support on this Kickstarter everyone! The Chongyun & Xingqiu  print is fully complete and we are finally complete in all the freebie print reward designs! As the last post stated I will be working on reopening the online shop so we can distribute the completed prints to everyone that use the coupons and sending out the waitlist backers rewards during the reopening! It will take a few days to recount inventory, print  & cut mini prints and set up other merch for the shop Ill have another post here when the shop is relaunch and additional details so we can send all the rewards!

I want to thank you all again for making this project happen! It has been my largest pin collection set by far and a ton of work was put into everything and making sure it high quality and lots of personality was incorporated in all the designs & merchandise. Thank you for all the overwhelming support and motivation as an artist to be able to make people smile with my art is the greatest reward. ^^ Super excited to expand in the future to Fontaine and even more friends in our ongoing adventure next year!     

Diluc Print Complete! Shop Reopening Mid Nov!

Hi everyone! The Diluc print is fully complete and we have just one print left! Once completed we will be working on reopening the online shop so we can distribute the completed prints to everyone that use the coupons! As well as sending out the waitlist backers rewards during the reopening! The Xingqiu & Chongyun print should be completed early November and then it will take a few days to recount inventory, print & cut mini prints and set up other merch for the shop!  Not too much progress on the last print for this update I was prioritizing on finishing Diluc and I do need to retouch the lineart on them more especially in Chongyun's outfit. I hope you guys enjoy them so far we are almost done! 

Super happy how Diluc, Kaeya, Eula has came out so excited for you guys! Love how Diluc & Kaeya contrast between night and day and loved coloring the wine ^^ It was difficult getting the details and color pallette just right to my liking can't wait for you guys to receive these! 

Eula Complete! + Diluc & Xingyun Progress

Another quick update Kaeya & Eula Prints are fully completed and I have Finish the Sketch Design of Diluc and Color Progress for Chongyun & Xingqiu!

Finalizing the edit of this softer dark blue to her outfit to mesh the background more. Once I print out some tests it will be easier to see what parts to contrast more on. ^^

Coloring Progress on Xingyun! Quickly laying out & masking the bases during when my Photoshop had to update during the Eula phase. 

And the Sketch Diluc is complete! I will be working on Lineart & shading this week! We will be doing a more paired up design with Diluc and have him mirror with Kaeya as they are both drinking wine! I really want to color a very warm piece of him in his tavern serving one of his specialties. ^^ I was thinking of his bartender outfit but considering the other prints are all in their original outfits I figured it would best fit the collection better. + plus I can add a lot more gold accents in his og outfit. 

Diluc lineart & shading will be complete + coloring progress on both prints will be done next week!

Art Progress! Kaeya Complete Eula Almost Complete!

Hi everyone! Giving a quick update for the week that Kaeya print is fully completed and we are almost done with Eula! I have just her hair that usually takes a session and the bg, final touch ups, and edit takes will be the final session so she should be done starting next week! 

After she is complete I will be sketching the final print design: Diluc and have his Lineart and shading prepped & ready and then proceed with coloring with the last 2 prints! I'll do another week update to show the completed Eula print & more progress.
