308 Backers have submitted their surveys thank you!! 

40 Backers left to complete the survey! I have noticed that in some of your accounts when creating the KS account that KS may have made a temporary Apple Email if you have not seen your survey email please check your email on the KS settings and talk with KS support to get the email changed and then message me again to resend the survey to your new email!  

Giving until the 16th to get the final counts of pins for production and then I will pause the  Preorder store temporarily to switch to limited inventory for PreOrder Backers! 

But thank you for everyone for completing the surveys so quickly especially on Day 1! I've been hard at work at vectoring every single design and they are finally all done!  Once I get the final counts going to be contacting my main manu and another manu I have worked recently to split the designs so production process will be twice as fast! 

I did not expect the current count of some of designs being the most popular BUT OMGOSH the last minute Sumeru Set are just as high as the Classic Characters thank you so much for liking them all! Especially with the limited reference material I had when designing them 😅

Now for locking Surveys I want to give you guys plenty of time to make your final decisions if you want to change some of your choices or add some more to your rewards going to give the whole month and when  the pins are mid-production I'll give another update of the final deadline! But going to be flexible cause I know there a lot of designs and some people were maybe waiting on getting paid to get a couple more so just let me know and happy to extend the time!

Thank you for your Patience Everyone! Surveys are now Up & Ready!

Here are the essentials to get your rewards! 

Soon, you’ll receive an email from me with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s essential to respond to your survey as soon as possible since we need this information to fulfill your rewards. I will be making extra in-hands of all the pins as well so I will be keeping the surveys up until its near time for me to ship them out if you would like to add any more pins to your pledge or change designs throughout production! 

You do not need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward pin choices,  provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. If you don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email! The email is the one connected to your Kickstarter account! If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter  account, the BackerKit survey is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account.

After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts! 

If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can  return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or  requesting your survey link under “Lost your survey?” on our BackerKit  project page!

Please Note Some the Prints are still works in progress and will be finalized by the time production is finished! Same with Stickers those will be colored soon!  

Missed the Kickstarter? Time-limited PreOrder Store Available Now! 

The Header Button on the top of the Kickstarter Page will now list the Preorder Store for all the Pin Designs! There will be a initial Preorder Run as we count all the crowd funded ones, and then a limited release of Designs as we start the Production! Production time could take as long as December with all the designs and the first pins to send out will be to the Backers and that will take some to grade, pack and ship out so please keep this mind when preordering!

Backetkit Technical Issues Surveys + Preorder Store Coming Next Week

Hello Everyone! First I want to give a big thank you for this being such a successful KS we blew through all the stretch-goals and beyond! It's been a while I did my last KS so thank you for everyone being so patient and excited throughout the whole process! 

I wanted to finish setting up BackerKit yesterday to announce that surveys will be ready for you guys but there been difficulties setting up all the items sku numbers, designs, and survey pledge questions that have made the whole process very tedious and not intuitive and with no direct support line from Backerkit themselves until the weekdays (No response when I tried to contact them on Friday)  I had to talk to other artists for hours trying to fix everything on the software. I believe I do have everything set up correctly I just need BackerKit to fix one issue and approve my survey so the soonest I can get it the surveys & Preorder Store ready is by next week! 

Until then please check your payments if your card has been declined there is a handful of backers that have not been processed. Please check your emails for Kickstarter. Going to message the those backers today to help notify them ^^

A quick update to notify you guys that I just finished coloring the designs for the Sumeru Set!

Working on Xingqui & Chongyun now I should have them ready for tomorrow! 

Columbina is also done as well! Really happy how the pink and purple worked with her hair tried to give a bit of a ballerina look to her! Going to be posting her and the others throughout the rest of the campaign!
